I went to Bangkok early this year 2010. It was our first night in this hotel. I woke up early in the morning and looked for water to make a hot coffee which I always do.
I couldn't find any and I didn't want to wake up my family, so I got tap water from the faucet and boiled it. Really boiled it because I was afraid of bacteria.
The next day I had diarrhea and high fever. Our tour started and I always wish that the tour will finish so that I could rest and use the bathroom. I always tried to take my medicine on time because I was afraid that I'll be quarantined due to my fever.
On our last day, we visited the four-faced Buddha and I wished for my fever to stop and also for luck. When we arrived at the hotel I used the bathroom and packed my things for the early flight.
I was supposed to take my medicine at 11 pm but around 9 pm I fell asleep. To my surprise, I heard someone shout in my ear "ha!" Very loud voice and it woke me up. I looked at my watch, it was 10:55 pm.
Everyone was asleep and it's impossible to have someone under our bed. I took my medicine and went to bed.
The next morning everything went well and we arrived in Philippines. I told the story to my family and they asked me what I wished for. They were all shocked.
About luck, I hit the lotto, only the small amount 500 pesos but twice in a row, then no win, then twice in a row again. Wish someday I will hit the jackpot.
Seriously this story is true.
